At the wastewater treatment facility in Beatrice, Nebraska, Ragland Automation installed an automated control system for an alternating pump process which was previously done manually. This automation process assures task completion and reduces manpower requirements. In addition, the installation of frequency drives enhanced the ramp up process extending equipment life.

The development of a programmable electronic system to control the operation of a single piece of equipment; the integration of multiple machines through a single control system to achieve well-coordinated operation.

A Dixon mower assembly line was moved from one location to a new facility in Beatrice, Nebraska. Ragland Automation repaired, assembled, and installed the line, updating and synchronizing all component controls to create a smooth running line.

Ragland added new components and installed a new PLC (programmable logic controller) on an existing assembly machine resulting in increased speed, improved reliability, and additional functionality at the Irwin Industrial plant in DeWitt, Nebraska.
